Can I use the Solid Ally Pad on its own?

Yes, the Solid Ally Pad can be used on its own. Some practitioners prefer using a pad to provide extra cushioning for the knees, head, or elbows during practice.

How is the grip, especially during sweaty sessions?

Provides a gentle, reliable grip in dry and damp conditions.

Can I wash the mat?

PU-based mats are not designed to be washed, as this may affect the material over time. After each practice, simply wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth, using a mat cleaner or HOCl spray if needed. A deeper clean can be done occasionally after multiple sweaty sessions.

Is it foldable?

PU mats are not designed to be folded, as this may leave permanent folding marks. We recommend rolling the mat for storage and travel.
