What’s the difference between each Polyurethane (PU) mat type?

The difference comes down to purpose, grip, and durability—so you can choose what best fits your practice.

From strongest to lightest grip:
Solid Ally → Pure Essential → Fortitude

Ā·Ā Pure Essential is the foundation of a good yoga mat—the one every yogi should have. Designed to support a consistent practice, from beginner to advanced.

Ā·Ā Solid Ally is built for versatility and durability. Ideal if you move beyond yoga or need a more resilient mat that can handle shoes and higher-impact workouts.

Ā·Ā Fortitude is designed as a more accessible option. It offers a good starting point, though the material sits one level below Pure Essential, so the grip may wear
faster over time.

Meanwhile, Tranquil Flow does not use PU material but features a suede surface

Ā·Ā Tranquil Flow features a suede surface, offering a different experience from PU mats. Designed for hot and heated sessions, it becomes grippier as moisture builds. When dry, it may feel slightly smooth—simply add a light spray of water to activate its grip.

Which mat would you recommend for beginners?

Fortitude is a great option for beginners.
However, if you’re looking for a longer-term investment, we would recommend Pure Essential since Fortitude’s grip may wear out more quickly over time.

Can I request a specific marble pattern/design for Fortitude?

We’re sorry, but specific pattern requests
are not available. As stated on the product page, each marble pattern is randomly assigned—making every mat uniquely yours, one of a kind.

To ensure hygiene, all mats remain sealed and are not opened prior to delivery, so they arrive to you in their original condition.

How do I take care of the mat?

For PU mats (Fortitude, Pure Essential,
Solid Ally):


Daily care:

  • Let the mat air dry completely after use.
  • Wipe the mat with a damp microfiber cloth after practice or regular use.
  • For added care, lightly spray Enliven Yoga Mat Cleaner onto a microfiber cloth, then wipe the mat.

Deep Cleaning (once a month or after
15x sweaty sessions):

  • Use a mixture of water and baby
    soap / soap without SLS. Wipe with a microfiber cloth, then finish with a clean damp cloth to remove any residue.
  • Alternatively, spray Enliven Yoga Mat Cleaner generously onto a microfiber cloth, wipe the mat, then finish with a clean damp cloth to remove any residue.

For Suede mats (Tranquil Flow)

Daily care:

  • Let the mat air dry completely after use.
  • If needed, lightly spray Enliven Yoga Mat Cleaner directly onto the suede surface, then let it air dry.

Deep cleaning (for frequent or sweaty sessions):

  • Wash the mat using a mild detergent.
  • Gently brush the surface to remove any dirt or residue.

Rinse thoroughly, then let the mat air dry completely before rolling or storing.

What spray can I use for the mat?

For best results, we recommend using our Enliven Yoga Mat Cleaner, formulated with zero SLS and mild ingredients to gently clean while maintaining the mat’s grip and material quality.

If you don’t have our product, PU rubber mats can alternatively be cleaned using HOCL spray, which is widely available on ecommerce platforms (search: ā€œHOCL sprayā€).

Please avoid cleaners with high alcohol, high SLS, or high essential oil content, as these may damage the PU surface and affect its grip over time.

What soap is suitable for deep cleaning?

Baby soap is recommended. You can also check our Instagram highlight ā€œFYI,ā€ where we share ingredients that should not come into contact with the mat. Specifically, soaps containing SLS may damage the mat surface.

Which mat is suitable for sweaty hands or excessive sweating?

Heavy sweat / hot yoga → Tranquil Flow (grip improves with moisture)

We recommend Tranquil Flow, as its suede surface becomes grippier with moisture—making it ideal for hot or heated practices. When dry, it may feel slightly smooth, so we suggest lightly spraying water onto the surface to activate the grip before use.


Light to moderate sweat → PU mats (Fortitude / Pure Essential / Solid Ally)

If your hands sweat heavily, PU mats may feel slightly slippery.
If your sweat level is moderate or lightly damp, they will still perform well and provide sufficient grip.

What’s the difference between Pure Essential Capsule and Regular?

The difference is only in the shape and length. The material is exactly the same. The Capsule version is longer and comes in an oval/capsule shape.

What delivery options are available?

We offer multiple delivery options that can be selected during checkout, depending on your destination coverage.

Courier availability may vary depending on destination coverage and operational availability at the time of checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are processed based on payment time and delivery type.

To ensure same-day processing, kindly complete your payment before the daily cut-off time.

Instant Delivery (fastest option)

  • Payment before 10 AM:
    Processed starting 10 AM → earliest pickup around 11 AM
  • Payment at 10 AM – 4 PM:
    Processed immediately → typically picked up within ~1 hour (fastest) or by 1–2 PM onward, up to 5 PM
  • After 4 PM:
    Processed the next day

Same Day Delivery

  • Payment before 12 PM:
    Processed same day → pickup typically around 2–3 PM
  • After 12 PM:
    Processed the next day

Regular / Economy / Next Day / Cargo

  • Payment before 2 PM:
    Shipped the same day
  • After 2 PM:
    Shipped the next day

Couriers collect orders in the evening in one batch (not per order).

Can I request early shipping before 10 AM?

We’re sorry, we’re unable to accommodate early or urgent shipments. All orders are processed starting from 10 AM, in line with our warehouse operating hours.

Can I request delivery at a specific time?

We’re unable to arrange deliveries at specific times (including speed-up and delay). All orders are processed and shipped according to the queue and our standard service level agreement (SLA).
Once payment is received, your order will follow the assigned shipping schedule.

My package hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?

You can track your shipment using the air waybill on the courier’s official tracking platform.If needed, we can assist in submitting a complaint. However, delivery timelines and updates are managed by the courier.

Can my order arrive before I leave (e.g. office delivery)?

We recommend planning your order based on the payment cut-off time and our shipping schedule. Please also consider local traffic and courier conditions to avoid delays.


On the Practice Support

Will my mat from another brand fit in TMY bags?

Please check the dimensions in the product description.

For reference, our bags are designed to fit the Pure Essential mat 4.5mm Capsule Edition (215x68 cm):

• Height when rolled: 68 cm
• Diameter when rolled: 12–14 cm (depending on how tightly it is rolled)

Bag dimensions:
• Basic Big Bag diameter: 16.5 cm
• Evolve Bag diameter: 16 cm


What’s the difference between the Basic Bag and the Evolve Bag?

The main differences are in the material and features. The Evolve Bag uses a more premium material and comes with more compartments compared to the Basic Bag.

On Payment (via Xendit)

What payment methods are available?

We currently process all payments through Xendit, our trusted third-party payment platform. Available payment methods include:

• Credit Cards (including international cards)
• QRIS
• Virtual Accounts: BCA, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Permata Bank

For security and payment verification purposes, manual bank transfers are not accepted unless there is an unresolved payment system issue requiring alternative arrangements.

I’ve completed payment, but my order is not confirmed.

Payment confirmation is usually automatic. However, depending on the method, it may take a few minutes.

If your order is still not updated, please ensure:

  • Payment was made within the valid time window
  • The correct amount was transferred

If the issue persists, kindly contact us with your payment proof.

My Virtual Account has expired. Can I still pay?

Once expired, the Virtual Account cannot be used.
Please place a new order to generate a new payment code.

I paid but the status said "failed" or "pending"

This may happen due to:

  • Network or payment delay
  • Payment not completed within the time limit

Please check your bank/e-wallet history. If funds were deducted, contact us with proof so we can assist further.

Can I change my payment method after placing an order?

We’re unable to change payment methods once an order is created.
If payment hasn’t been completed, you may place a new order using your preferred method.

Is my payment secure?

All transactions are securely processed via Xendit, a licensed and trusted payment gateway in Indonesia.

After-Sales (TMY Support)

Do you provide after-sales support?

Yes, we’re here to support you after your purchase. Please reach out to our team for any concerns related to your order or product

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 3 x 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • A complete unboxing video (from opening the package to fully unrolling the mat)
  • Clear photos of the issue

This helps us assess and assist you accordingly.

Why is an unboxing video required?

The unboxing video helps us verify the condition of the product upon arrival and ensures a fair resolution for both sides.

Can I return or exchange my mat?

Returns or exchanges are only applicable for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items sent

Requests are subject to review based on the provided documentation.

Can I return the mat if I don’t like it?

We’re sorry, we do not accept returns based on personal preference (e.g. change of mind, preference on
grip, color, or texture).

We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchase.

My mat has wear over time—is this covered?

Normal wear and tear from usage (e.g. fading grip, surface marks) is not considered a defect and is not covered under after-sales claims.

Can I get help choosing the right mat before buying?
