At The Minimalist Yogi, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive experience for every Flowmate.

This page outlines our Refund & Exchange Policy (TMY After-Sales), including eligibility requirements, claim procedures, available resolution options, and important policy guidelines. We encourage you to review this information carefully before submitting an after-sales request.

For your convenience, this policy is also available in our Terms & Conditions under Article 6: Refund & Exchange Policy (TMY After-Sales).

By purchasing and using TMY products, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Change of Mind & Personal Preference

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for personal preference or change-of-mind reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Deciding not to use the product
  • Purchasing another product afterward
  • Incorrect color selection
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Incorrect checkout selection or accidental purchase
Eligible After-Sales Claims

Customers may submit an after-sales claim if they receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products
  • Improper or defective products that cannot function or be used as described
  • Missing items from the package

Claims must be submitted within 3 × 24 hours from the delivery completion timestamp recorded by the courier.

Claims submitted beyond this period may not qualify for after-sales review.

Claim Submission Requirements

Claims must be submitted through the designated TMY After-Sales Form.

For after-sales claim submissions, please refer to this form.

To support claim verification, customers are required to provide:

  • Complete unboxing video from before opening the package until all package contents are fully shown
  • Clear supporting photographs where necessary
  • Relevant order information

Incomplete documentation may result in claim rejection.

TMY After-Sales Process

Issue identified → Submit TMY After-Sales Form within claim period → Claim reviewed by The Minimalist Yogi Customer Support Team → Customer chooses approved after-sales option. Available after-sales options include:

  • One (1) approved exchange opportunity, subject to eligibility
    and verification; or
  • Partial refund of up to 50% of purchased goods value only (Fortitude Mat maximum refund: 40% of purchased goods value only)

Exchange and after-sales requests are generally reviewed and responded to within 2 × 24 operational hours from submission.

TMY After-Sales operational hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 WIB. No after-sales activity is conducted during weekends or public holidays.

Exchange Option (Maximum One-Time Exchange)

Eligible products may receive one (1) exchange opportunity only.

Approved exchange cases include:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Improper or defective products that cannot function or be used as intended

For approved exchange cases, The Minimalist Yogi Customer Support team will provide guidance regarding the exchange procedure and facilitate the replacement process until the case is resolved. Shipping costs related to approved exchange cases will be covered by The Minimalist Yogi.

If an approved exchange does not resolve the issue, or exchange is no longer applicable based on verification and internal review, customers may become eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% of purchased goods value only (Fortitude Mat maximum refund: 40% of purchased goods value only). No product return is required for approved partial refund cases. Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed accordingly, and the after-sales case will be considered resolved upon completion.

Direct Partial Refund Option (Without Exchange)

Customers may choose an approved direct refund option without proceeding with exchange.

Once the approved direct refund option is selected, no exchange process will be
provided and no additional exchange requests can be accommodated afterward for the same order or claim. Approved direct refund cases do not require product return. Where applicable, the refund will be processed accordingly, and the after-sales case will be considered resolved upon completion of the refund process.

Selecting a direct refund option permanently closes eligibility for future exchange requests related to the same order.

Partial Refund Policy

The Minimalist Yogi implements a partial refund policy only.

We do not provide 100% refund and return arrangements.

Approved refund amounts may provide:

  • Up to 50% refund of purchased goods value only for all essentials, except for Fortitude Mat
  • Up to 40% refund of purchased goods value only for Fortitude Mat

Refund calculations apply solely to product value and exclude:

  • Shipping charges
  • Service fees
  • Payment processing fees
  • Other transaction-related costs

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Refund approval remains subject to verification and internal review by The Minimalist Yogi.

Non-Refundable & Non-Exchange Situations

Refunds or exchanges do not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear, deterioration from regular use, or product conditions inconsistent with the original condition shown in the submitted unboxing documentation or initial claim
  • Minor color variations caused by screen display differences
  • Damage resulting from improper use, storage, cleaning, modification, or handling
  • Courier-related delivery delays outside our control
  • Personal preference or change-of-mind reasons
Six-Month Product Guarantee

Eligible products include a one-time guarantee claim within six (6) months from order completion if the product becomes damaged or no longer performs according to its stated product description under normal intended use.

Approved guarantee claims may receive one (1) exchange opportunity only. Customers who have previously completed an after-sales claim for the same order are no longer eligible for the six-month guarantee program. Guarantee approval remains subject to verification and internal review by The Minimalist Yogi.
