Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

Available payment methods are facilitated through our authorized third-party payment platform. Payment options available at checkout may include:

• Credit Card (including eligible international cards)
• QRIS
• Virtual Account payments from supported banks
• Other payment methods made available by our payment provider

Manual bank transfers are generally not accepted unless specifically instructed due to technical payment system issues.

In the event of pricing errors, technical inaccuracies, or payment verification issues, The Minimalist Yogi reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders.

Placement of an order does not automatically constitute acceptance.

The Minimalist Yogi reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders at our discretion
• Limit purchase quantities
• Decline orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or misuse
• Cancel orders due to inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, payment issues, or operational limitations

Should cancellation occur after payment has been completed, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

At The Minimalist Yogi, we strive to process and dispatch every order thoughtfully and efficiently.

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed based on payment confirmation time and the selected delivery method.

Warehouse operational hours are Monday – Sunday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM WIB.

Orders placed outside operating hours, during public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume may require additional processing time.

2. Delivery Services Available
Customers may select available shipping options during checkout.

• Regular Delivery: JNE Regular, TIKI Regular, and J&T EZ
• Next Day Service: JNE YES, TIKI ONS
• Cargo Delivery: JNE Trucking, TIKI Trucking, Sentral Cargo

Shipping options availability may vary depending on destination coverage.

3. Shipping Schedule & Payment Cut-Off Time

Courier collection windows for regular / next day / cargo services are conducted in scheduled batches, typically starting from 5:00 PM WIB onwards, and are not arranged individually per order.

4. Shipping Time Request
We are unable to accommodate:

• Early shipment requests before warehouse operational hours
• Urgent shipment prioritization requests
• Delivery requests for specific arrival times

All orders are processed according to payment confirmation time, order queue, and operational service level agreement (SLA).

5. Delivery Timeline Disclaimer
Delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While The Minimalist Yogi will process and dispatch orders according to the applicable shipping schedule, delivery completion remains under the responsibility of the selected courier service.

Delays may occur due to courier operational issues, traffic conditions, weather disruptions, public holidays, customs clearance processes (for international orders), destination coverage limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control. The Minimalist Yogi shall not be responsible for courier-related delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

6. Shipment Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers may track shipments directly through the courier’s official tracking platform using the provided tracking number.

Where possible, our team may assist in facilitating communication with the courier; however, shipment movement, delivery updates, and final delivery execution remain the responsibility of the courier partner.

7. Shipping Information Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring recipient information, shipping address, contact number, and delivery details are accurate and complete before completing checkout.

The Minimalist Yogi is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned shipments, delays, or additional shipping costs resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information submitted during checkout.

8. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels
Orders returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to receive, recipient unavailability, or inaccurate shipping information may be subject to additional re-shipping charges.

9. Delivery Planning
If delivery timing is important (including office deliveries, travel schedules, or time-sensitive receiving arrangements), customers are encouraged to place orders in advance and allow sufficient buffer time for courier operations and local conditions.

At The Minimalist Yogi, we carefully inspect all products before shipment to ensure quality and consistency.

1. Change of Mind & Personal Preference
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for personal preference or change-of-mind reasons, including but not limited to:

• Deciding not to use the product
• Purchasing another product afterward
• Incorrect color selection
• Incorrect size selection
• Incorrect checkout selection or accidental purchase

2. Eligible After-Sales Claims
Customers may submit an after-sales claim if they receive:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect products
• Improper or defective products that cannot function or be used as described
• Missing items from the package

Claims must be submitted within 3 × 24 hours from the delivery completion timestamp recorded by the courier.

Claims submitted beyond this period may not qualify for after-sales review.

3. Claim Submission Requirements
Claims must be submitted through the designated TMY After-Sales Form .

To support claim verification, customers are required to provide:

• Complete unboxing video from before opening the package until all package contents are fully shown
• Clear supporting photographs where necessary
• Relevant order information

Incomplete documentation may result in claim rejection.

4. TMY After-Sales Process
Issue identified → Submit TMY After-Sales Form within the claim period → Claim reviewed by The Minimalist Yogi Customer Support Team → Customer selects the preferred approved after-sales solution. Available after-sales options include:

• One (1) approved exchange or redelivery opportunity, subject to verification; or
• Direct Refund:
  * 100% refund of the original purchased item value for approved missing or incorrect item claims (without exchange or redelivery); or
  *Partial refund for approved defective or damaged products, according to the Partial Refund Policy.

Exchange and after-sales requests are generally reviewed and responded to within 2 × 24 operational hours from submission.

TMY After-Sales operational hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 WIB. No after-sales activity is conducted during weekends or public holidays.

5. Exchange / Redelivery Option (Maximum One-Time)
Eligible products may receive one (1) exchange opportunity only.

Approved cases include:

• Damaged products
• Incorrect items sent
• Missing items
• Improper or defective products that cannot function or be used as intended

For approved exchange or redelivery cases, The Minimalist Yogi Customer Support Team will provide guidance throughout the process. Shipping costs for approved cases will be covered by The Minimalist Yogi.

If an approved exchange does not resolve the issue, or is no longer applicable based on verification and internal review, customers may become eligible for the applicable refund option.

6. Direct Refund Option (Without Return / Exchange / Redelivery)
Customers may choose an approved direct refund instead of proceeding with an exchange or redelivery.

Once the direct refund option is selected:

• No exchange or redelivery will be provided afterward for the same approved claim.
• The after-sales case will be considered resolved once the refund has been completed.
• No product return is required unless otherwise requested by The Minimalist Yogi.
  

Selecting a direct refund permanently closes eligibility for future exchange or redelivery requests related to the same approved claim.

7. Partial Refund Policy (Defective or Damaged Products)
The Minimalist Yogi provides a Partial Refund Policy as a goodwill after-sales solution for approved defective or damaged products.

Although certain product issues may arise from factors beyond our control, including third-party courier handling, storage, or transportation, we believe our customers deserve a fair and practical resolution. As a gesture of goodwill, eligible verified claims may receive a partial refund without requiring product return.

Approved refund amounts may be:

• Up to 50% of the purchased goods value for all Essentials, except Fortitude Mat.
• Up to 40% of the purchased goods value for Fortitude Mat.
  

Refund calculations apply only to the purchased goods value and exclude:

• Shipping charges
• Services fee
• Payment processing fees
• Other transaction-related costs

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Refund approval remains subject to verification and internal review by The Minimalist Yogi.

8. Full Refund Policy (Missing or Incorrect Items Only)
Customers may choose a 100% Direct Refund instead of exchange or redelivery for approved missing item or incorrect item claims.

Eligible refunds include:

• Missing item(s) from an order.
• Incorrect item(s) delivered.
  

Approved refunds will be based on the original purchased item’s value, regardless of the value of the incorrect item received.

Example:

You purchased Pure Essential Mat (Rp. 839.000) but received a Solacing Yoga Strap (Rp. 179.000).

If you choose Direct Refund, the refund will be Pure Essential good value of Rp. 839.000, being the value of the item originally ordered, without requiring

⁠a return of incorrect item(s) you received

⁠or an exchange or redelivery of correct item(s) you ordered

9. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchange Situations
Refunds or exchanges do not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, deterioration from regular use, or product conditions inconsistent with the original condition shown in the submitted unboxing documentation or initial claim

Minor color variations caused by screen display differences

Damage resulting from improper use, storage, cleaning, modification, or handling

Courier-related delivery delays outside our control

Personal preference or change-of-mind reasons.

10. Six-Month Product Guarantee
Eligible products include a one-time guarantee claim within six (6) months from order completion if the product becomes damaged or no longer performs according to its stated product description under normal intended use.

Approved guarantee claims may receive one (1) exchange opportunity only. Customers who have previously completed an after-sales claim for the same order are no longer eligible for the six-month guarantee program. Guarantee approval remains subject to verification and internal review by The Minimalist Yogi.

Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before completing checkout.

Order modifications, including shipping address changes, product changes, or order cancellations, may only be accommodated before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment stages, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Requests remain subject to operational feasibility and approval.

Promotional campaigns, discount codes, bundles, gifts, and special offers are subject to individual terms and availability.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively after checkout completion
• Promotional benefits cannot be exchanged for cash
• Free gift availability may vary while supplies last

The Minimalist Yogi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate promotional activities without prior notice.

Orders suspected of promotional abuse, system manipulation, or unauthorized use may be cancelled.

• Epidemics or pandemics
• Government restrictions

• Logistics interruptions
• Technology failures
• Power outages
• Courier operational disruptions
• Force majeure events

Operational timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

Customer information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using this website, customers acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of information necessary to process transactions, fulfill orders, improve customer experience, and maintain operational services.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.
