Can I use it on tiles or slippery floors?

Designed to stay in place on most indoor surfaces, including tiles, so you can move with ease. On some parquet or smoother wooden floors, you may notice slight movement.

Can I wash the mat?

PU-based mats are not designed to be washed, as this may affect the material over time. After each practice, simply wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth, using a mat cleaner or HOCl spray if needed. A deeper clean can be done occasionally after multiple sweaty sessions.
