Orders are dispatched Monday to Sunday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed before payment cut-off are processed within the day; otherwise, the following working day.
Same Day (12:00), Regular / Eco (14:00), and Instant (16:00) deliveries follow respective cut-offs.

Timing for Instant and Same Day may vary depending on courier availability and traffic conditions, and specific pickup or delivery times cannot be requested.

We do not offer refunds due to change of mind or suitability. Refunds are only applicable for verified factory defects or batch-related issues.

As part of our after-sales support, in the case of defects, we offer a one-time exchange or 50% refund (no return required), with a complete unboxing video submitted within 3 × 24 hours of package arrival. All exchange-related costs are covered by TMY.
