Is the Fortitude Mat suitable for yoga?

How is the grip, especially during sweaty sessions?

Provides a gentle, reliable grip in dry and damp conditions. A yoga towel may be helpful for some palms and feet during heavier sweat.

Can I use it on tiles or slippery floors?

Designed to stay in place on most indoor surfaces, including tiles, so you can move with ease. On some parquet or smoother wooden floors, you may notice slight movement.

What's the difference between Fortitude, Pure Essential, and Solid Ally?

All mats use PU materials, with differences in grip, durability, and intended use. Fortitude is the most approachable option, using a Basic grade PU that’s suitable for everyday, non-intensive practice. Pure Essential offers a higher-grade PU with stronger grip and durability, making it a more solid choice for those practicing consistently and committing to longer-term use. Solid Ally goes a step further with a textured, more durable surface designed for added resilience, making it suitable not only for yoga but also for workouts, including with shoes.
